A bit about me
How this started
I illustrated my dog first. His name is Little Bit. Named after computer bits, if you can believe it. Then a friend asked for one of their dog. Then another. I thought it might be nice to put those illustrations on something you could keep in your pocket.
I study computer science and physics and work as a software developer. I’ve always drawn; Bit got me into drawing dogs. TinyTail is the hobby. I draw dogs, turn them into keychains, and keep redrawing the same few until they look right. No studio, no team. Just me and a small batch.
The best things we own are usually the ones that remind us of someone or something we love. A keychain is small. If it looks like your dog, it's a quiet little nod to them when you grab your keys.
Every custom order still feels like the first one. You send a photo, I get to meet your dog on the page, and then it goes out into the world with you. I like that. It's personal.
Some independent pet shops in Canada link to TinyTail so their customers can order direct. If you landed here from one of them, your order still goes through me. The shop just gets a small thank-you for sending you.
I'm based in Toronto. The keychains are printed here, packed by me, and shipped across Canada. If you have a question or just want to say hi, I read everything and reply when I can.
