How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship keychains usually go out within 3–5 business days. Custom ones take a bit longer: 5–7 days for the illustration and your approval, then 3–5 days to ship.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Mostly Canada for now. I'm working on international. If you're elsewhere, email and I'll see what I can do.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Ready-to-ship keychains can be returned within 14 days if they're unused and in the original packaging. Custom ones are illustrated for your dog, so once you've approved the illustration they're final.
What photo works best for a custom order?
Clear and well lit, with your dog facing the camera and a simple background. That said, I can usually work with what you have.
Can I ask for changes to the custom illustration?
Yes. I send you the illustration before anything gets printed. You get one round of tweaks. If something's off, tell me and I'll adjust it.
I came here from a pet store. Is it different?
Same keychains, same price. The store just gets a small referral credit. I like that it sends people through shops that already know their customers.
Do you do bulk or wholesale for shops?
